Village Hill Co-Housing

Village Hill, Northampton, MA

Construction will begin in the Spring 2018 on "VHC", Village Hill Co-Housing. A 28 Unit community, focused on ecological sustainability and community involvement. The 28 housing units will be a mixture of single family and duplex structures, ranging from 2-Bedroom, 1-Bathroom Flats to 4-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom, 2 Story structures. At the center of the community is the 4,300 Sq. Ft. Common House, which will be accessible to all VHC owners. Featuring a large Great Room, Commercial Kitchen, Guest Rooms, Exercise and Children's Play Room, the Common House will serve as a central gathering spot for everyone in the community. Highly energy efficient, solar ready and constructed with pride in the details, we expect to have Phase 1 housing units completed and available for purchase by February of 2019.
